Our outings are planned and led by the Thomas Hart Benton and Kanza groups of the Sierra Club for conservation-minded people. This private group is the place for women of all ages and skill levels to learn and participate in outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, kayaking, camping, map reading, horseback riding, etc.  Learning and camaraderie is the focus--not competition. Some events will be local, some will be weekend trips and some will require travel. Sometimes events will be planned on short-notice in order to take advantage of nice weather.
